Explore the services and support designed to help individuals navigate mental health and recovery with compassion, guidance, and personalized care every step of the way.
Our Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to support individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges through structured, compassionate care. Within our program, clients participate in group therapy focused on building healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, communication, and personal growth. We incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand thought patterns, manage emotions, develop healthier behaviors, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence and stability.
Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Group provides a supportive and structured environment where individuals can focus on recovery, healing, and personal growth alongside others with shared experiences. Through group discussions, education, relapse prevention strategies, and healthy coping skill development, clients are encouraged to build accountability, strengthen recovery goals, and develop the tools needed to maintain long-term sobriety and wellness.
Our case management services offer a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet our patient's health and human service needs. Based on your needs and in collaboration with all service providers, our case manager will link you with appropriate providers and resources throughout the continuum of health and human services and care settings, while ensuring that the care provided is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
Our individual therapy is a joint process between our therapist and the person in therapy. Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Many find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware.
It is important to find treatment that is right for your personal mental health or addiction needs. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history. Assessments may be scheduled by calling, walking in, or from our website. Whether your assessment is conducted in person or online, our licensed, compassionate clinicians in consultation with our medical staff will recommend an effective plan of care and answer any questions you may have about the plan.
