Healing Doesn’t End When the Day Does
As the day comes to a close, it’s time to focus on you. Sunset Reset is Unity Behavioral Health’s evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), thoughtfully designed for adults who need structured mental health support while balancing work, school, family, or other daytime responsibilities.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelming stress, or co-occurring substance use, Sunset Reset provides a safe, supportive environment where you can pause, reflect, and build the skills needed for lasting recovery. Our evidence-based program combines clinical expertise with compassionate care to help you regain balance and move forward with confidence.
Through a personalized treatment plan, participants engage in therapist-led group sessions that focus on emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, stress management, relapse prevention, communication skills, mindfulness, and overall wellness. When clinically appropriate, medication management and case management services are also available to ensure each individual receives comprehensive, coordinated care.
At Unity Behavioral Health, we understand that healing looks different for everyone. That’s why our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to address the whole person—not just the symptoms. We believe meaningful change happens when individuals feel supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in everyday life.
Sunset Reset May Be Right for You If You:
Every person’s journey begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care. If Sunset Reset is the right fit, our team will work alongside you to create an individualized treatment plan that supports your goals and empowers you to build a healthier future.
Because every sunset is an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you—and every new day is a chance to begin again.

Our Co-Occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to support individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges through structured, compassionate care. Within our program, clients participate in group therapy focused on building healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, communication, and personal growth. We incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals better understand thought patterns, manage emotions, develop healthier behaviors, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence and stability.
Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Group provides a supportive and structured environment where individuals can focus on recovery, healing, and personal growth alongside others with shared experiences. Through group discussions, education, relapse prevention strategies, and healthy coping skill development, clients are encouraged to build accountability, strengthen recovery goals, and develop the tools needed to maintain long-term sobriety and wellness.
Strengthen your relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. Whether you’re facing family challenges, relationship concerns, or life transitions, we’re here to help you build healthier, more meaningful connections
Our case management services offer a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet our patient's health and human service needs. Based on your needs and in collaboration with all service providers, our case manager will link you with appropriate providers and resources throughout the continuum of health and human services and care settings, while ensuring that the care provided is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
Our individual therapy is a joint process between our therapist and the person in therapy. Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Many find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware.

Choosing a mental health provider is an important decision, and we understand that finding the right fit can make all the difference. At Unity Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that is personalized to meet the unique needs of every individual and family we serve. Our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey toward healing.
